EW Inventory Partner Program

Grow with us by introducing retailers to EW Inventory. Approved partners receive a unique referral code, track referred organizations in a dedicated portal, and earn commission on qualifying subscription revenue.

Welcome

The EW Inventory Partner Program is designed for consultants, agencies, accountants, software resellers, and business advisors who work with retail and inventory-driven organizations. When a business you refer subscribes to EW Inventory, you can earn recurring commission for a defined earning period—managed transparently in the partners portal at partners.ewinventory.com.

Program overview

EW Inventory is a modern inventory and point-of-sale platform for iPhone, Android, and web. Partners do not resell licenses directly in the portal; instead you share a referral link or code so customers sign up through the official app. EW Inventory handles billing (App Store, Google Play, or web), and commission is calculated from qualifying subscription payments attributed to your partner record.

What partners do

  • Introduce EW Inventory to retailers, wholesalers, and multi-location operators who need catalog, register, sales, and reporting in one system.
  • Share your personal referral link or code so attribution is recorded at signup.
  • Monitor referred organizations, commission events, and payout history in the partners portal.
  • Keep profile and bank details current for timely payouts.

What EW Inventory provides

  • A secure partners portal (dashboard, commission events, payouts, settings, notifications).
  • Unique referral code and shareable signup link for each approved partner.
  • Commission tracking with configurable hold period and earning duration (set per partner at approval).
  • Management review of applications and payout processing by the EW team.
Important: Partner access is granted only after application review. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Commission rates and terms are assigned by EW Inventory management per partner profile.

Who should apply

The program is a strong fit if you already serve businesses that manage physical inventory or run a retail register, for example:

  • Retail consultants and POS implementers
  • Bookkeepers and accountants advising small retailers
  • Business coaches and franchise advisors
  • IT providers supporting shops, boutiques, and warehouse operations
  • Community advocates who can recommend EW Inventory to qualified organizations

You should be comfortable explaining subscription software, helping prospects complete signup, and following EW Inventory brand and compliance guidelines. Partners must be 18 years of age or older and able to receive payouts in supported regions (bank details collected after approval).

Benefits

Recurring commission
Earn on qualifying subscription payments from referred customers for a defined number of months after their first payment (default earning window is often 24 months, configured per partner at approval).
Dedicated portal
Real-time view of pending, available, and paid balances, active referrals, and recent commission activity.
Simple attribution
Unique referral code and link—customers can register at app.ewinventory.com/signup?ref=YOUR_CODE.
Transparent payouts
Payout history with method and references; update bank details in Settings when requested.

How it works

From first contact to commission, the lifecycle looks like this:

  1. You apply — Create an account and submit the partner application (name, contact, address, partnership agreement).
  2. EW reviews — Management reviews your application in the internal admin portal.
  3. You are approved — You receive partner status, a referral code, and full portal access.
  4. You refer — Share your link or code; the prospect creates an EW Inventory organization.
  5. Attribution locks in — When the new account owner completes signup, referral attribution is finalized automatically.
  6. Customer subscribes — When they pay for a qualifying plan, commission events are recorded.
  7. Hold, then payout — After any configured hold period, eligible amounts move to available balance; EW processes payouts on schedule.

Application & approval

To start, open the partner portal and sign in or begin registration. New applicants should use Apply to become a partner from the login screen (or go directly to signup).

Application steps

  1. Go to partners.ewinventory.com and choose Apply to become a partner, or open /signup.
  2. Complete the form: legal name, email, phone, full address, country and state/province.
  3. Confirm you are 18+.
  4. Read and accept the EW Inventory Partnership Agreement (version shown on the form).
  5. Create a secure password meeting EW policy (length and complexity requirements are shown on the form).
  6. Submit — your application status becomes Pending review.

After you submit

  • Sign in at the partners portal to see pending status; you will not have dashboard or referral tools until approved.
  • Management may approve or decline applications; timing varies by volume.
  • When approved, sign in again to access your dashboard, referral link, and commission tools.

Referrals & links

Each approved partner receives a unique referral code. Your dashboard displays a ready-to-copy referral link for sharing by email, social, or your website.

Referral link format

Links follow this pattern (your code replaces CODE):

https://app.ewinventory.com/signup?ref=CODE

How attribution works

  • The prospect opens your link or enters your code during registration.
  • They create an organization as the account owner (not only a team invite).
  • Attribution is finalized when signup completes and billing can be linked to your partner record.
  • Only organizations attributed to you generate commission; self-referrals and policy violations may be voided.

Best practices

  • Always use your official link or code—do not ask customers to type a generic promo.
  • Help prospects finish signup and choose a plan so commission can begin after the first qualifying payment.
  • Track Active referrals on your dashboard to see how many attributed customers are currently subscribed.

Commissions

Commission is earned on qualifying subscription revenue from referred organizations, according to the commission profile assigned to you at approval. Rates and rules are not published on this marketing page; your assigned terms are visible through management communication and portal reporting.

Commission earning period

Partners typically earn commission for a fixed number of months after each referred customer’s first qualifying payment (commonly 24 months, configurable per partner). The dashboard shows Commission earning duration for your account.

When that earning period for a referred customer is due to expire, EW Inventory management may extend the commission period at their discretion—so you can continue earning on qualifying subscription payments beyond the original end date. Extensions are not automatic; they depend on program policy, your partner standing, and a management decision. Contact support if you have questions about a specific referral approaching expiration.

Commission events

The Commission events page lists individual line items as subscription activity is processed. Use search and filters to review by date, organization, or status. Events may show amounts in your payout currency.

Balance states

Balance type Meaning
Pending Commission recorded but still within hold period or not yet eligible for payout.
Available Eligible amount awaiting payout by EW Inventory management.
Paid Commission already included in a completed payout.

Hold period & balance

To account for refunds, chargebacks, and billing adjustments, EW Inventory may apply a hold period (in days) before commission counts toward available balance. A common default is 30 days, but your hold period is set individually at approval and shown on your dashboard.

  • During the hold, amounts appear in Pending.
  • After the hold clears, eligible amounts move to Available.
  • Negative adjustments (refunds) may reduce pending or available balances per program rules.

Payouts

Payouts are initiated by EW Inventory management when your available balance meets program thresholds and your bank details are complete. The portal is your record of what was paid—not a self-service withdrawal system.

Payouts page

  • Review payout date, amount, currency, method, and reference notes.
  • Match payouts to movement from Available to Paid on the dashboard.

Before your first payout

  1. Sign in to the partners portal.
  2. Open Settings → Bank details for payout.
  3. Enter accurate legal name and banking information; save each section.
  4. Respond promptly to management requests for verification if needed.
Tip: Incomplete or outdated bank details are the most common cause of delayed payouts.

The partners portal is available at https://partners.ewinventory.com/. Use the same email and password you created when you applied.

FAQ

What is the EW Inventory partner program?

The partner program lets approved partners refer new organizations to EW Inventory. When a referred customer subscribes, you earn commission according to your assigned profile. Management reviews applications before portal access is granted.

How do referral codes work?

Each partner receives a unique referral code. New customers can enter this code during registration or use your referral link. Attribution is finalized when the customer completes signup and billing is linked to your partner record.

When do I see commission events?

Commission events appear on the Commission events page after qualifying subscription activity is processed. Amounts may be subject to a hold period before they count toward payable balance.

Can the commission earning period be extended?

Yes, in some cases. When a referred customer’s commission earning period is about to expire, management may extend it based on program policy and their decision. Extensions are not guaranteed—ask EW Inventory support if you need clarity on a specific referral.

What is the hold period?

Management configures a hold period in days before commission becomes eligible for payout. This helps account for refunds or billing adjustments. Your hold period is visible on the dashboard.

How are payouts handled?

Payouts are recorded by EW Inventory management when funds are sent to you. Use the Payouts page to review history. Keep bank details current under Settings.

How do I reset my password?

In the partners portal, open Settings → Reset password and click Send reset email. Check spam if you do not receive it.

Can my account be suspended?

Management may suspend partner access for policy or compliance reasons. Portal features may be limited until the account is reactivated.

Where do I sign up?

Open the partner portal login. New partners: use Apply to become a partner on that page, or go to /signup directly.
