This Privacy Policy describes how G-Delight Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with EW Inventory’s websites, cloud software, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Account and profile. Name, email, organization, role, authentication data, billing contacts, and preferences.

Operational content (“Customer Data”). Inventory, catalog, orders, receipts, and business information you enter.

Usage and device data. Logs, IP address, browser type, diagnostics, and performance telemetry.

Cookies. Session management, preferences, security, and analytics where allowed.

Payment data. Processed by third-party processors; we receive limited billing metadata.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Services
  • Process subscriptions and support requests
  • Improve features and detect fraud
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use

3. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Typical bases include contract performance, legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent where required, and legal obligation.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share with service providers, your organization administrators, when required by law, in business transfers, or with your direction.

5–6. International transfers & retention

Cross-border transfers use appropriate safeguards. We retain data as needed for the Services and legal requirements; account closure triggers deletion subject to backups and legal holds.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Report incidents to support@ewinventory.com.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on jurisdiction you may access, correct, delete, or export data, or lodge complaints. Contact support@ewinventory.com.

9–13. Children, third parties, automated processing, changes, contact
