Terms of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of all mobile applications (“Applications” or “Apps”) published by G-Delight Inc. (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and made available through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other authorized distribution platform (“Platform”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use any of our Applications.

These Terms apply to all of our Applications, including but not limited to GoalMint, FamChore, EW-Inventory System and any future Applications we may publish.

2. License

Our Applications are licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Applications on devices that you own or control.

This license does not allow you to distribute the Application over a network for simultaneous use on multiple devices (except as permitted by Platform rules), transfer or sublicense the Application, or reverse-engineer or create derivative works except where prohibited by law.

3. Platform-Specific Terms

Your use is also subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms of Service. The Platform is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our Applications.

4. Accounts

Certain Applications may require an account. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate information or violations.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Payment is processed by the Platform. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by the Platform.

6. Children’s Privacy

Where family or child profiles exist, they are created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian. See our Privacy Policy.

7–10. Data, User Content, External Services, Acceptable Use

We may collect technical data to improve products per our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of User Content and grant us a limited license to operate the service. Use External Services at your own risk. You agree not to use Applications unlawfully, abuse systems, or interfere with security.

11–14. IP, Warranties, Liability, Indemnification

Applications and branding are owned by the Developer. Applications are provided “AS IS” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability is limited as described in the full Terms on ewinventory.com. You agree to indemnify the Developer for claims arising from your use or violations.

15–21. Export, Termination, Changes, Law, Severability, Entire Agreement, Contact

These Terms are governed by Texas law with binding arbitration in Texas (with EU/EEA exceptions where applicable). We may modify Applications and these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: support@ewinventory.com.
